Renting car at MCO, drop off at resort?

We're flying in in a couple of weeks, and want to rent a car when we land to get groceries before checking into Saratoga Springs. Can we drop off right at the resort, or will we have to drop off at the Car Care Center? If so, is there a shuttle that will take us to Saratoga Springs with all our luggage and groceries? We land at 11:30, so we won't be able to check in right away either. I'm guessing we can leave our groceries with our luggage at the front desk?

Check with the company you book with to see where they have locations. Some are in hotels. I think it's Alamo and National (can't swear to it) at Car Care Center. When looking for a drop off point, search "Lake Buena Vista". You can then call the location to see if they offer complimentary shuttles. Car Care Center definitely does.

Avis has a location at the Hilton on Hotel Plaza Blvd. You can drop the car off there and just walk across the street to DS and over to SSR.

You should arrive and go to SSR, drop your bags and groceries with bell services to hold, take your car to the car care center for drop-off. They have a free shuttle that can then take you wherever you want to go on-site including theme parks.

I agree - drop off luggage & groceries at SSR, then return the car.

At the grocery, be sure to pack separately and mark items that need refrigeration from those that need freezing and from those that are room-temperature. Bell Services will store them appropriately as long as you do that.

Alamo / Enterprise / National (all the same company) can be dropped off at the Car Care Center or at Swan / Dolphin. We dropped off at the Car Care Center and it was simple last year. Dropped it off, got an e-receipt, and took the shuttle to the resort we were staying at.

We've mostly dropped off at Swan/Dolphin (but we were staying there). When we stayed at POFQ we dropped off one of the hotels over by the Waldorf/Wyndham, in that case we got everything to our room then I drove the rental back and took an Uber back.
