Renting BWV- chances of getting a studio?

We're planning to rent DVC for our next trip and are hoping to stay at Boardwalk. For those of you with way more experience with this than I do.... what are the chances of being able to rent a studio during Feb break week? We'll plan to rent right at the 11 month mark, but being new this I'm wondering if we even have a shot? Thank you!!

Standard studios are always more difficult but are very possible. If you are willing to have a pool/garden view, I would say that you have a far better chance of success. Good luck and happy vacationing

You have a good shot. But IMO, the main worry won't be availability (assuming you are OK with the Pool/Garden category). It will be finding an owner with BWV points to rent. Many times, the brokers don't have owners with points to rent ahead of the 7 month window. That's often true for all of the near-park resorts.

Depends on time of year. I was looking at June 29 to July 4, all 3 views were available at 7 months for studios. I moved my reservation to Poly when 7 months hit.
