Rental required for Feb 7 - Feb 9 2007

I've just read the Beth Haworth book and am interested in renting some points. I gather that as I am within 7 months of travelling I should be able to use most peoples points if they want to rent them to me.
The problem is we have 3 children...more than a roomfull plus we are travelling with my wifes parents. We want to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and will need 2 rooms, a total of 156 points.
Is there anybody out there that wants to rent me the points and if so at what cost per point?

156 points would be about $1560. Surely you can get two rooms at AKL for 3 nights for less than that? I may be wrong.....
