Removing or Adding to Reservation - Which is easier?

First things first we are from the UK so we are able to book now for Fall 2016.

I would like to take advantage of the early purchase offer but I'm unsure whether we will be a party of 3 or 4. I would be buying a package, including 14 day tickets and free dining. So, if we booked for 4 but only 3 of us were able to go, would we be able to remove the extra person at no cost? Or would there be some kind of cancellation charge ?

You can make any changes to your package up to 45 days prior with no charge. Under 45 days, you can be charged a $50 change fee to remove a person. Under 45 days if you add a person, you are adding $$ to the cost of your trip so they will usually waive the $50 change fee.
