Removing guests

Can I remove 2 guests from a reservation of 4 or is that considered a cancellation? I’m well within the time to cancel and receive a full refund.

As long as it’s not past paid in full, you can remove them with no penalty.

I would just hold off until after the next few days. Let the dust settle.

The only issue I can think is I feel this was an OBB and one of the cancellations is that person the OBB benefits might not remain.

It is an OBB. I booked thru Costco yesterday Aug 27 Alaska cat 5C. I called DCL later in the day myself to get quotes on other categories and found that for the same price as the 5C I can get a 7A and a 11B. So now I’m wondering if I can change the original booking without losing the OBB benefits. Of course the phone lines are ridiculous today so I’m not even trying to get through to Costco.

You want to "change" the the original stateroom from 5C to 7A; and the fare for the new stateroom should be the same as when you originally booked the 5C. Be aware though that the 2nd stateroom (11B) will NOT qualify for the OBB discount and will be based on current posted fares (not back to the date you originally booked the 5C).
