I also remember space bars, Ice Cubes, Jellow 1-2-3, toaster pizzas, and many more of the already mentioned.
For those in Michigan-Towne Club pop. You would go to the Towne Club store and fill a plastic crate with 24 bottles of pop-some weird flavors, for about $2.00. Most of it was awful, but a lot of fun to pick out the flavors.
Rock-n-Rye pop. Maybe they still make it?

Celentano frozen pizza in a square aluminum tray -- This may have been a regional item. It was the most delicious frozen pizza ever made! I wish they'd bring back the original recipe. They changed the baking vessel into a cardboard tray in the early '80s. It wasn't a change for the better, and then they stopped selling it altogether.
How about Marathon candy bars? They were made by Cadbury - chocolate covered caramel candy bars...yum![]()

That was my mother's specialty - Hungry Man TV Dinners. Actually, it was the only thing she knew how to cook. I guess dangerously high levels of sodium were not frowned upon back then. Or maybe, she just didn't love me.And the old TV dinners in an aluminum tray.
Thanks, I'll look out for them. The Curly Wurleys are a good substitution.
I'm trying to lose the ten pounds I put on over the holidays. So naturally I'm having some pretty intense food fantasies(don't ask). I was thinking back to some of my favorite comfort foods that are no more.
Does anyone remember Hostess Chocodiles? I loved them. They were like Twinkies, but with a hard chocolate shell. I really miss them. Apparently, they are only sold on the west coast. What's that all about?
A cereal I miss is Smurf Berry Crunch. Next to Crunchberries, this was my favorite. Smurf Berry Crunch went extinct around the same time that Saturday morning cartoons went extinct. How sad.
Anyone else have happy memories of foods that no longer exist?
They do still sell chocodiles here so next time you want to come to Disneyland here then go to the 7-11 or something and stock up.
