Relaxation, Disney Style, PTR. ~*TRIP REPORT HAS STARTED! 9/18 Pg. 155*~

Leslie:

:thumbsup2 It looks like you have some great plans so far! I don't know if you have seen it or not, but Fantasmic is great at DHS. It is our favorite, must see show every time we go.

Good Luck tomorrow! I am sure it will be much easier than the past.

Erika

I think your plans seem pretty on target and relaxing. You've got specific down time built in, which is always good, because you can choose to relax, or you can go do something else depending on how you're feeling. :thumbsup2

I just love how organized your itineraries are...I think that is why I let you plan the trips...always have your ducks in a row!!

I love your days, I think the 1st two days sounds like a dream! You guys have some guidelines but there is room for some improv which is always nice!!!!

I'll be thinking of you tomorrow! Good Luck at your fill! I hope it is a lot less stressful and less painful then in the past! Enjoy the day off!!!!

Pish Posh....empty allegations and threats I say :rolleyes1
Pffft!

Have I quoted that line before? :lmao: It's one of my favorites. That and, "It doesn't matter. It's in the past."

Anyway, great update, love the swimsuit. It's so cute.

That tour sounds really nice, and it's cool that Marc's interested. Something fun you can share together, you know?
Yes you have when I was freaking out before, it's much appreciated.

I love your first day's plans!! In fact, your arrival day is identical to mine! except I'm going to Br. D. instead of MM. Same top 3 also. But I know TSM won't have any FiPs left. My top priority is also a drawing class, and I really hope to catch a scad of Streetmosphere before I go to F!.

Anyway, the idea of taking it easy on Day 1 sounds great! With that snazzy new suit, you need lots of pool time! :thumbsup2
We do have very similar plans when I was checking out yours, it's kinda funny!

The whole vacation is going to be about taking ti easy for sure.

We have seen Fantasmic but with there being so few showings I really don't want to have to deal with a super crowded DHS since we aren't doing Park Hoppers this time. I do love Fantasmic but I don't think it's going anywhere...I hope.

That is the goal, you summed up in words what was all jumbled up in my brain. :goodvibes

Yes, I like my itineraries to be more of a guideline because I'm bound to change the plans once I arrive, maybe it's that Florida air that makes me want to change up the plans. :rotfl:

Remember it's a MAX of three things...don't feel like you have to have 3 must do's a day.

I'm going throw out an idea for you for your first day, a plan that DH and I used to do before the kiddos.

*Arrive at resort
*unpack and relax --lunch at resort
*check out the resort (or pool time)
*head to the Boardwalk/Beach Club/YC area for dinner
*walk around Cresent Lake....stopping often to sit on a bench and people watch (once we got to witness a wedding taking place)
*check out all the neat shops on the Boardwalk side (did you know there was a Wylan Gallery there?) and watch the street performers
*head back via taxi to your resort

I hope your fill went well today and that the rest of your day off was relaxing. Your first two days look great. The animation studio drawing class is so much fun! DTD and dinner at WPE sounds wonderful. The boat ride is soooo relaxing!:thumbsup2

LL you definitely have a reason to celebrate!! You and Marc look fabulous!! :goodvibes: Great swimsuit!! The new tour sounds great! I hope you decide to do it so I can selfishly read about it! :thumbsup2 Looking forward to seeing the great pictures you take a Disney! I like the idea of having three things as goals for the parks. The other thing I read is to consider having the same number of goals you have as hours in the park. So if you have anticipated having five hours in the park, have five goals. Your plans look great to me! :)

I really like your first day, (especially the check in to Riverside :rotfl2:) and I think you should definately head to the Boardwalk after your fun at DHS. A nice boatride, a lovely stroll, a few panoramic shots with your new camera...

EDIT: Whoops, almost forgot! Good luck tomorrow. Good call on the time off. Relax!

Hope all goes well at your doctor visit. :)
I'll be looking forward to hearing that everything went great.
Enjoy the rest of your day off, too. :thumbsup2
You are more than welcome to come and help me out at Field Day. ;)

I like your plan but once I arrive, I am way too anxious to get to a park that I can't fully relax at the resort. I start to get a little crazy/antsy.

The fill is actually tomorrow morning. I'm trying not to think about it so I can actually sleep tonight. :lmao:

I really think we are going to do the tour, as long as it doesn't sell out before we pay for the tickets. That is an interesting idea on the number of goals/number of hours you'll be in the park. I like that! :scratchin

Oh hush, on the check in to Riverside. I am just very detailed. :rolleyes1

I really can't wait to take Panoramic pictures!! :woohoo:

I think I'll pass. I have some camera shopping to do, a little bit of nap taking, then off to class for a few hours and then home to watch the Grey's Anatomy season finale. A good day, after the fill that is.

Yes you are very detailed and that's a good thing.

I actually meant it's looking more like I won't be at POR myself but I wish I was. Why can't six of us squeeze in there? :sad1:

OOOH....Camera shopping tomorrow that is going to be fun!! Can't wait to see what you pic out and see the pictures you take!! Panoramic sounds like so much fun!!

Well enjoy your day off! I have a few more yard sale signs to make and then I'm going to bed LOL!

Gotcha!

I'm really, really sad that you will be changing from POR. :sad2: Just sneak one in. :rotfl:

I wanted to stay up really late tonight but I'm so exhausted, I think I'm going to bed soon. :rotfl:

I really really can't wait to camera shop.

I was thinking about you today, and wondered how everything went. It was today right- or am I confused and your procedure is tomorrow? Don't feel bad, LL, I detail my itineraries out like that too. I just have to write that I'm checking on because it means I WON'T be somewhere else!! :lmao::lmao:

Your plans look great.
I love Heidi's ideas of picking a few things you definitely want to do.
And rest time at the resort is so necessary.

Nope, it's this morning. I'm only a little nervous, I just want to get it over with at this point. :rolleyes1

Rest time is key on a vacation, even at Disney.
