I am so craving Sonic now that you guys have been talking about it. I started my diet today too.

Jenna I don't know what it is about Epcot but I had a meltdown with DH there too last trip. The girls and I love the World Showcase players and he doesn't. We stopped for them in UK. While we sat and watched he walked around seething. When we got around to Italy the girls and I want to watch "Romeo and Edna", of course he didn't. We finally told him to just leave and he did. I didn't think he would go far but I know he was shocked when I said it. We enjoyed the sketch and he ended up watching the Chinese acrobates. Just enough time for all to cool down. I have to admit I'm looking forward to doing what I want and when I want it on this trip. We'll miss him but I think we'll still have fun and no pouting.
Now I am craving Sonic. Did you begin a specific diet or your own?
I am just watching what I eat and how much I eat. I also started to do wii fit today. I don't do diet food as most of it isn't really healthy for you anyways and it tastes awful I think. I also am trying to drink more water.
Love the Wii Fit! I owe losing everything I have to the Wii Fit even though I have used it in months for more than fun. Using it for the yoga and pilates got me interested in being healthy again.
Water is key too. I don't do diet food either.

Well that is encouraging about the Wii Fit. I do the yoga, strength and some of the arobics trainig. I am going to get a ticker because I think it will encourage me if people see what I am doing.

Well I am not one of those people who do not eat after dinner but my problem is I eat to much during the day. It is easier since I started work and I have already lost some weight from that . When I was unemployed and at home I baked alot and was depressed and ate more. Now that I am working I think if I keep exercising, stay away from fast food, and drink plenty of water than it should be pretty easy I think.

I bet it's nice to be busy again.I wish you luck. Maybe we can all keep each other accountable? Jenna is working out and watching her calories too. Tracy is a runner. I see a healthy lifestyle support team in the making!
And the ticker does keep it in the forefront of my mind, when I am DISing anyway.
