Please let us know if you get someone to accept $70 or $75 for a BCV contract. That would be the deal of the century! Good Luck!BCV. Brain dead on my part.
Actually the offers were for SSR. I own @ BCV. Like I said - brain dead on my part! Please let us know if you get someone to accept $70 or $75 for a BCV contract. That would be the deal of the century! Good Luck!
I just got a “ I am not sure they will accept that low of an offer” for a $122 per point offer for BLT 160. Got emailed this morning that it was accepted. Now just waiting on the paperwork. No unless the lecture the broker gave me counts
Not all but someWait the brokers get mad if you make an offer to low?
Do they not understand stand supply and demand?
What is this lecture,
Timing is everything. My offer of $137 was slightly more than several sales at the time however the sellers I bid on were not there yet. I am fairly certain that at least 3 of the contracts I offered $137 ended up selling for less.I just got a “ I am not sure they will accept that low of an offer” for a $122 per point offer for BLT 160. I wonder if it’s actually 180 points at $100? I have seen this broker make a fair amount of typos over the years.I’d like to see some rejected offers for this… https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/property/disney-vacation-club/disneys-old-key-west/6048767/

If it was a mistake I would think by now it would have been corrected as it has been up for 2 days.I wonder if it’s actually 180 points at $100? I have seen this broker make a fair amount of typos over the years.
They are legit, but have bad reputation for poor communication and high closing costs. I mostly know them from other timeshares. Some have reported getting good deals eventually.I’ve been putting in lowball offers every now & then over the past year… no bites yet. I just ran into a new website & wondered if it it’s legit?

They appear to have the exact same contracts listed as https://sellingtimeshares.net & it’s also identical to https://resales.*******.com as well.
Any experience is appreciated. I know sellers list with multiple brokers & I often see the same listings across several sites, but this is odd. There are zero different listings
I don’t mind giving the same/similar offers to the same seller, but I’d rather not do that with the same broker… or worse (ie- does one company run multiple sites? or is one a scam using other sites’ listings??). Thanks!
I offered $90 on this… assuming it’s the same one (103 points for June 23 UY)… wouldn’t go below $100GrumpyInPhilly - SSR - 200 - $70 - $103 - Jun 2023
The owner of the RIV contract came down to 165 from 180.. still delusional lol.And this one

I know Fidelity is known for the best prices, but not sure why these are listed so high. Higher than purchasing direct with the current promotions and incentives.
This thread is so interesting! Potential buyers unite!!
