Speaking of which, our agent just emailed us to let us know that they just had a 30 point OKW 2057 contract get ROFR at $110 a point which was sent in 28 days ago.

Feels like OKW continues to be in the Disney crosshairs. I'm just surprised to hear they took an extended contract too.

For all I know this is the same contract that my agent was telling me about and they got the timeline mixed up. Absolutely wild that they took an international contract.

Feels like the only hope our OKW contract has to pass ROFR at this point is that they do all their OKW buying before they get to ours.

Oops haha I was so excited! And once again confused as ever because how the heck do they determine what gets rofr'ed?? I know its a mystery to us all, but why would the location of the unit matter as ive heard some say because we dont even stay in that location year after year

Congrats! This proves that no one really knows what Disney is looking for when they ROFR.

I was just curious. I don’t follow the direct pricing incentives as much anymore.

Also, I think I posted what a LOT of other people were thinking when they saw a mammoth contract at an actively selling resort that was stripped of points and had a delayed close.

It doesn’t mean it’s not a very good deal for the buyer, but IMO it’s worth the question for a DVC neophyte.

Yeah I'm just pointing out that they would get 2025 too because we're still in the June 2025 use year. To be clear, I'm not trying to comment about whether it's right or not to give unsolicited advice about a purchase. That fire is going just fine and doesn't need more lighter fluid lol.
