Reissued AP's???

Has anyone ever had to get an AP reissued due to the original getting lost or destroyed??? To make a long story short, mine got destroyed. I didn't make that much of a fuss because I wasn't planning on going back before it expired and I felt i got my money's worth. Well tonight my mother offered to take me to WDW the 1st week of May (all expenses paid) . It is before my Ap expires. My Ap actually expires on May 22nd. I called CRO and they said all I had to do was to go to TTC and get a new one issued. Has anyone ever done this and if so could you tell me if they put up too much of a fuss??

My DH went to get fastpasses for everyone and lost 2 of our PAP in the process. So I just went up to guest relations and had them reissued. They just ask for a ID. They were very nice about it. No problem. We used to live in FL and were seasonal AP holders and at first that is what she reissued me. I looked at them and told her. But she found the right one shortly. Just always check them out before you go on. I was actually checking the dates on them and noticed it, did not expect that they would still have us in the computer from then.

We lost ours at MK. We went to Gst Relations and they were able to look them up and replace them. At first they had some sort of problem, put we were patient and nice and they not only replaced our APs but gave us a special pass for our favorite ride, without having to wait in line. It was great. I have since learned to make a copy of my pass that way they can find the pass quicker.

I would bring your id to a guest relations window at the entrance of any of the theme parks and they will be able to replace it.

Thank you so much for your replies. I was just a little nervous, I didn't want to get there and they not issue a new one. I feel much better now.

A friend of mine's husband realized he left his at home after they were on the road for an hour. It was no problem getting it reissued by showing ID.
