I went to the Disney Catalog Outlet Store yesterday. Everything 50-75% off. One of the salespersons told me that the store was closing Aug 13th by request of The Children's Place and will reopen as just another Disney Store but the reopening date has not been determined yet.


They had boys and girls and women's bathing suits for $5.00
Bedding at 50%

Adult shirts for $3.18
Shorts for $3.18
Cookies jars for $5.00

Children short sets at 75% off

and other items.

Not sure that it will be 'just another Disney store' all the stores there are 'outlet' or 'factory' stores... Maybe an outlet for the store vs. the catalog which is primarily what they carried.

The sales girl did not say anything about an outlet, She just said Disney Store. YOu are probably right since it is an outlet mall.

They are reopening as a Disney Store outlet. They have been purchased by the same company as the Disney Stores (Children's Place) and will not be offering Disney Catalog and Park merchandise any longer I'm sad about it too. This is all 5 of their catalog outlet locations.

Are you kidding. We went down last week on the Cape May Lewes ferry. Saw the store and just made a mental note it was there and agreed to visit on our next trip. I really wished I would have stopped. It would have helped in my attempt to get my wife to agree to a trip in December for our daughters B-day. We coulda saved a ton on our annual "Disney clothing" budget.

the store in Orland Park, ill. will be closing on Aug26th - Nov.4... for remodeling they say....

WOW...I was just down to the outlets in April.
They usally dont have much, but I still always end of buying something.

All the disney catlalog outlets are closing. There are 6 stores around the country. The Rehoboth store will probably close tommorow because there is nothing left. The children's place bought out the catalog outlets. They bought all the disney stores last year. The only disney stores that disney still owns is the one in New York, Cal, and Disney world (the world of disney stores). The catalog outlets would remain open till aug 12th or till they run out of stuff. The catalog outlets will reopen on Sept 1st as a Disney Store Oulet. Disney direct which is the online and catalog will still keep the Jones ville store in S.C.That will be the outlet for the catalog and online.
