Regift sent and received ....

Mine was from Susan(aka-Kirby)!
I received mine yesterday!! Had fun opening to see what was inside! I received a nice Home Interiors candle, like Kirby not my scent(I'm a YC kinda gal)- will probably regift! A pink picture frame I think my 5 year old grandaughter will love with a picture from our July WDW trip in it-Pink is her favorite color!! And I'm like you also, showers-will regift bath crystals. Kirby said she received all these as gifts from secret pals at church, I hope none are on the DIS! Thanks Susan it was fun. And you hit one out of the three with the picture frame!! Good morning, re-gifters!!! I received my package on Saturday, but was not able to post due to computer problems It's mostly fixed now, but still has its moments..............

Anyway, I got the most wonder box from Mariweather/Nancy!!! A Mickey Waffle Iron!!! Anyway....that's what the box said. My first reaction was....gee, I knew we were friends, but I didn't know we were THAT good friends that she would send me something THAT expensive!! Sure enuff, as soon as I got thru all the tape and lifted the flap, there was a note saying :NOPE! Not a Mickey Waffle Iron!" Had a good giggle out of that one, Nancy! Actually, all the stuff she sent was pretty interesting--a marionette puppet from Mexico (daughter hated it for years!), a mug with a smiling sun (not her style), a mousepad that is one of those drug company giveaways, a navy blue visor (because she doesn't do hats), a really ugly necklace--orange silk cord, green & purple beads, and a silver watering can with pansies spilling out of the top, a cookbook that has missing pages (now THAT should be interesting!!), a little Vivitar 35 mm camera (another advertising giveaway), and (you won't believe this!!) a pair of men's long-leg briefs that were free in a package of regular ones--cuz her DH doesn't do long-leg style!! They'll fit me FINE, Nancy--now I just need to find something clever to put in the "pocket"--maybe a handlful of nuts??!!!! Quite a haul, if you ask me!!! What a fun exchange!

My packages are going out this week--got the boxes, got the stuff, now gotta put it all together and get them to the PO.!

Just back from the Post Office. Mine is out and should arrive by Wed. And I have to say, I have been giggling at some of the things I have seen posted here (including some of my recipient's comments!)

I hope my recipient enjoys her "new" stuff!

WooHoo!! Glad it arrived Beth......when I received a "sister's" name, I had to make it GOOD!! Glad you enjoyed the "prospect" of a Mickey Waffle iron!!

She got it from a boss of hers that she doesn't like LOL

Ladies,
There are several packages that seem to have been sent and thre is no post of them being recieved.......PLEASE post when you send and when you receive. We all would like to know what is in the packages!!! Also, there are several still to be sent. This really is a fun exchange for everybody.....reading what others get to me is half of the fun of it. So please get going and start exchanging!!!

Mine will be off in the morning. Sorry.........another "last minute sending" for me! I am really enjoying reading what everyone has received. As Nancy posted...............I'm skeered!! I think whoever gets my package will be pleasantly pleased, as I don't have anything goofy to regift!!
