We are super excited to be booked for a cruise 09/05/16.:mickeyjum:goofy: This is our very first DCL and our first cruise ever. :sail:We were wondering if anybody could suggest some of the main movies that we should refresh our family on before the cruise? We currently have Aladdin podded up and ready to watch tonight. Thanks!
Also if anyone wants to give tips or suggest anything, every little bit helps.

Which ship are you on?

Disney Dream- 4 night to the Bahamas.
Well, none of the shows on the Dream really have to do with specific movies, although they do have short bits in Golden Mickeys out of several Disney movies (Tangled, Cinderella, Snow White, Pocahontas, Tarzan, Mulan, Fantasia, Little Mermaid, Hunchback, come to mind, but there are more). And Villains Tonight has the "bad guys" out of several movies (101 Dalmatians, Hercules, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty among those).

And, of course, there's Frozen (Anna & Elsa meet & greet).

Ok great. We just wanted to be familiar any characters, princesses, etc that we may see onboard. We definitely should see Pirates of the Caribbean to brush us up for Pirate night.

Thinking of this Fish Extender exchange thing. Seems fun but we're far from crafty!

FE exchange: You don't have to be crafty. Most people are not crafty. Most buy small gifts to give.

Movies:
Some of the classic cartoon w/ Mickey, Goofy and the gang.
Steamboat Mickey.
Princess movies (Frozen and Cinderella are musts)
Finding Nemo is a must so they are familiar w/ Crush in Animator's Palate.
101 Dalmatians (animated)
Be familiar w/ all the villains

The Dream has a Midship Detective Agency interactive game. I don't remember the story line. It might involve the 101 Dalmatians and / or some villians

Awesome recommendations. Never thought of 101 Dalmatians. We have some watching to do! Thanks again

Good question! We are also on our first cruise this summer, and I'm planning to disneyfy the kids before then:mickeyjum!

Any further recommendations specific to a cruise on the magic?

Which are the stories portrayed in Royal Court? I read it is Princess themed..? Ds8 may not know any of those. Is Enchanted Garden movie themed?
