Refillable mugs at EPCOT?

At Blizzard Beach about 8 years ago, you could buy a mug and get it refilled free all day. I don't know if they did it at any of the regular parks, but do they do that at EPCOT now?

They still do this at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.

They do not do this in the major parks.

They do offer these 'animal cups' in AK that can be refilled for 99c but that's about it.
