Refillable drink cups at the parks?

Can you buy refillable drink cups at the parks,besides the water parks,? A friend of ours that just got back said that they did. They couldn't remember how much they cost to start but they were like 99 cents to refill. Of all the times we have been I have never seen these. We are going in Aug. and just thought I would check it out.

I have never heard of this. I know you can get refillable mugs at your resort, but not the parks. Just water parks. Maybe something has changed, but, as far as I know, you can't.

I wish that there were refillable cups with my crew, but I have never seen them in the four major Disney parks. However I do remember refillables at SeaWorld a couple years back.

When we were at AK in early May they had cups that you could buy that were re-fillable for that day only (not sure if there was a small fee or not to re-fill).

We bought the refillable mugs at AK in April. We were told we could get 99 cent refills that day only. BUT we could take the mug to any of the parks thereafter and get free ice water. Pretty cool but we didn't test that one out.

Don't know. Just saying the CM made such a big deal out of it.

I was just asking because I have seen posts on the boards whereby people have gotten ice and water to save $$$ on buying sodas.

Yeah I've seen that too. I haven't asked for any water at the parks though. I did get offered water by one of the male CM's in Norway lol and the female CM was not too happy about that.

I figure the CM was selling that point since most people wouldn't know to ask for free ice water and the refillable mugs are close to $7 each (they have a removable animal head on the top)

At least ten years ago I purchased a refillable Beauty and the Beast mug at MGM. It had a gizmo to attach to your belt. I can't recall the details of the purchase though. Sorry.
