Red wedding dress?

Does anyone know where I can find some? I'm having a lot of trouble. I can't find many online, and none in stores so far. I love the idea of having a red dress, but some tones of red are fabulous on me and others are hideous. I'd be worried about purchasing one online because of that factor.

Any ideas?

Bonny has I believe 3 on their website. They are in the Essence Collection. I have yet to find one in the store. I'm having to order mine. I'm wearing Bonny Style 8611. I tried on the white one in my size, so I know it fits and I've seen a swatch and I'm ok with it. I totaly know what you mean about the reds...there are so many different shades. (blue reds, orange reds, etc.) It's a deep red and not an orange red.

You can also check Alfred Angelo....I don't think they do full red dresses but they do large parts of some of their gowns in colors and I think there's 47 to choose from so you might find a good color

Have you come up with any hits yet? I'm curious to see what you have found. I do hope you find the dress you are looking for. I was looking at "traditional" dresses and nothing tickled my fancy. Then one of the ladies in the bridal shop suggested that Bonny dress, I had seen it on the website and liked it because it was red...but then I saw the actual dress (in white) tried it on and I was hooked. She showed me the swatch of the red and that was all it took.

I really hope you find "the one" and if it's the right red, I know you won't be disappointed.

BayouPrincess - your dress is absolutely gorgeous!!! I think I'm gonna have to find a place to try it on, to see how it looks on me. The color and design are so beautiful and I'm in love with the back. My fiance loves my back and wants to see me in that dress. Now I regret looking at it on my laptop with him next to me. If it's the one, hopefully he'll forget about it by the time we get married.

I'm wearing a yellow dress to our vow renewal (Belle-inspired) and I've had luck searching under quinceanera (sp?) dresses. They're very princess-ballgowny.
Here's a site that has thousands of dresses and you can search by color. If you find a dress you like you can look up the manufacturer and see who is selling it close to you so you can try it on.

There's a lot of red wedding dresses at redhotbrides.com See their photo gallery. Its a bit disorganized but there's a lot of photos and more in their blog section. I never seen so many red wedding dresses like that before.

I almost got that dress but I didn't think I would have room in my luggage for it. However, if you go to ebay, you can order one from china. You can get just about any of their wedding gowns in any color or change up the embroidery. They are VERY inexpensive too and most of them are the very popular designer dresses that they make but for 3/4 less of the price. Good luck.
