Anyone have any experience with how long it takes to get the ticket vouchers via e-mail once you order?

Ordered Oct 2, received Oct 6th after much badgering on my part (the site claims 24 hours and I gave them extra for the weekend but still much longer than 24 hours).

I ordered a 6 day ticket, it was easy to link in MDE and I was able to tap into the park the day we arrived without any other steps.

So was I... that's why I was so persistent in following up! I called Airmiles a couple times and the provider twice as well.

From the redtag FAQs on the theme park tickets. It says you should get the voucher in 24 hours... but my experience says it takes longer. I hope you all get yours faster! I think someone else got a Universal ticket shortly before my trip and had some problems with it arriving.

Thanks @hdrolfe for that info! I think I will be using some AM to pick up Universal tickets for our Florida trip!!!! I know to give them a little bit of time to get them to me.

I did not. I got an email from RLV - Onlineinfo with a PDF attached. It was a ticket voucher and had the number I needed to link to MDE.

I've got an email from RLV but it says there should be a barcode attached and I do not see anything.

"* THIS PREPAID VOUCHER IS NOT A VALID TRAVEL DOCUMENT. YOUR UNIVERSAL ENTRY TICKET WITH BARCODE IS ATTACHED BELOW **"


This sounds like the same issue that another user had.

Today is day 4 after ordering WDW tickets and we still don't have them...even after my daughter being on hold for 2 hours and finally getting through to someone who said they would send them. Also I have not received a callback about my missing Universal tickets.

I am certainly not pleased with Redtag.ca

Okay...after 2 hours on hold waiting for an "expert", they finally sent me my Universal tickets with the barcode and WDW tickets have arrived and are linked! We are good to go!

Yes, so much more of a hassle than when it was just through Air Miles directly. In these days when there is enough stress to go along with travelling, we certainly don't need the hassle that Redtag brings.

Alright I’m going to bite the bullet with the kids announcement today and whatnot and order especially since you had a bit of a hassle .. and I have to order 4 from my account and 1 from DS so I may have two separate orders to chase

using Airmiles? You have to go through the Airmiles site and choose US Park Tickets, it will bring you to the AM Redtag site and the option is there to select the tickets (or a package or a cruise I believe). I don't believe you can purchase tickets there with cash.

Like hdrolfe said, go to airmiles.ca and then click on travel and then click on US Parks. That will take you where you need to go.
