So when we get the email with the barcodes That’s all we need to enter universal. Going early our first am and I would have to find out we had to go to guest services first etc

Yes, you can go straight to the gate with that paper with the barcodes (or have it on your phone).
on hold now finally got the RVL or whatever email but there’s no bleeping barcodes .. clearly this is an ongoing issue they need to fix
I remember how stressed I used to get being the family planner for ADR’s and fastpass and travel details. As if there aren't enough detailsand things to do at the last minute with travelling these days. You really need this on top of it all?

Planning during all of this is just on an entirely new level.
It’s the Boss level.

Yikes.. I think I'll be giving myself a good month ahead of time to get my tickets completed.
ugh....now do I bite the bullet and use AM for tickets into the park...or just save the Am and use for hotels in Florida.
We leave in 23 days and we have decided to forge ahead and go on our trip.
We are only doing one day to each Universal and Hollywood Studios. I am using pc points for Disney gc for the Disney portion of our trip.
Guess I'll have to chat with dh and see how he wants to use our AM. We could just pay for the tickets Universal and use all our AM for hotels on our trip. Where there is a will, there is a way![]()
I'm planning on using my Air Miles for Universal Tickets in March. How long does it take, once you've ordered them from Red Tag, to get them emailed to you? Just putting it off to the last minute, just in case...
Gosh...after hearing this, I will save the Am for hotels for the parts of our trip. I have used am for hotels before, and know that I won't have any problems. In theory, using the AM is great, but the headache and trouble, I think I will pass.Well, after two months of fighting with RedTag/TravelBrands in regards to no barcodes or tickets being given to us (see my post above), TravelBrands is unwilling to do anything about it. They said because no RedTag agent ever contacted them about the problem, even though I contacted RedTag repeatedly about the problem, they cannot offer me any help. But as a gesture of good will, they offered us a $150 voucher for either a TravelBrand cruise or safari. They can go shove it! I'm taking this public.
