Recent resales - time from OC recording to points in account?

I know a couple of people might comment with their theories that Disney is intentionally delaying loading contracts/points to make resale less attractive. But I'm interested in real stats of recent resale closings.

I purchased a contract back in March that was recorded on 5/19, and the Disney letter was date stamped 5/28 (9 days).

I've purchased a couple other contracts in April that were recorded on 6/18, but still no sign of points in my account yet (18 days).

Trying to determine what others have experienced to figure out when I might give MA a ring to inquire.

Thanks

The average has been about 14 days, but they do seem to be backed up. There's another thread (maybe "Closing Time!") where a poster is tracking these stats.

Here is our time line
Offer placed 4/2
Offer accepted 4/3
Contracts signed and returned 4/6
Sent to Dvc for Rofr 4/6
Passed Rofr 5/26
Estoppel 5/27
Closing shift docs received 5/28
Closing docs returned 6/1
Sellers closing docs returned 6/3
Doc recorded 6/18
Closing 6/19
Able to get member number and book 7/6

We have not received anything in mail yet. We were able to get number over the phone and book our December vacation

Doc recorded 6/18

My contract recordings were 6/18 too. And...

I just checked the site and the contracts are finally showing. I've always been a little worried about resale contracts not getting added to our existing membership and getting a 2nd membership (I always freak out a little about the titling being exact). But this makes us 4 for 4 on resales. I should probably stop for a while - these most recent contracts takes us to 11 total (7 direct, 4 resale).

That's wonderful!!!

I called today 8 days after closing to see what their timeline is. They said 3 weeks. They lady would have gladly given me my member number. I told her I deleted my Agents email and lost the timeline and she wasn't emailing me back (all true) and she said-oh, well let me look it up and see if you are in the system. I wasn't and she told me to try to wait for the letter or call back in a few days to see if the contract had been recorded yet.
