Receiving closing docs from Disney

How long does Disney take email closing documents after exercising ROFR? My SSR contract that I was selling was taken two weeks ago, and I still have not received any email from Disney, only a message from the broker stating that Disney exercised ROFR.

Disney is still bound by the original closing date on the contract, they really only have one main person doing the closings for Disney. Make sure you are checking the email that was on your contract and Disney account cause that where contracts will come to.

They will pretty much take until close to the closing date.

Expect them about a week or two before that.

They took mine April 1st and my closing was May 21st. I got the documents a few days before. They are getting better in that they are at least arriving a few weeks before that date.

Payment came about 10 days after closing

Disney ROFR'd my 2 SSR contracts in July. The closing was set for Aug 15 per the contract and I received my closing docs on Aug 9 and was able to get them back out the same day (all thanks to my local UPS store with a notary and witnesses). I got notice of the wire transfer from my bank on Aug 18.
