rebooking southwest airlines

I have a ticket that I need to change the flight going but I dont' want to change the return flight because the price would really go up. Can I cancel just one leg of the trip and rebook?

You can go in and change a portion of your ticket online. You will be able to see what's available and choose before agreeing to the change. On the SWA website click on Travel Center and under the Travel Tools, click on Change Air Reservation, then follow what's requested. I've done it before when there has been a sale and I wanted to adjust my rates and get a credit.
