Rebel Hangar?

Is the Rebel Hangar still at WDW HS? We're going in two weeks (March 2016) but I don't see it on the Mydisney app so I'm getting the idea that maybe it was a one time thing for SWW in 2015? If so, when will it reopen?

I saw it on You tube; Storm troopers, rebles, jawas, and various aliens showing up in there . It looked fun. It'll be too bad if its not open when we go. Also if it is, is this a reservation resturaunt or a walk in ?
