Really odd question about AS's

We've decided we are either going to do 2 rooms at POR or 3 rooms at AS for our February trip. If we do the 3 rooms at AS, we thought we would put the kids in one room that opened to another and then my parents in the 3rd seperate room. Now here's the question. We would like to be all there right together. Are there configurations where there is a King bed next to conjoining rooms? Or should we just take 3 doubles? I know I could call Disney and ask this question but we haven't convinced ourselves we are going to stay there or POR yet.

I am not sure about the configuration, but there probably is somewhere. The only problem I could see is that they will not guarantee anything like that. They will certainly put it as a request, but you might get there and they could even be in a different building. They should have no problem with the adjoining rooms because it is for kids (make sure you tell them that). The only reason that I can think of that they guarantee anything like that is for medical reasons. Good luck.

Last Nov at Assp we had a king accessable room that connected to a double and then next door 2 connecting doubles. So that all 4 doors were in a row and the rooms connected 2 by 2 if that makes since. Be sure to tell them that the one room is for children they will make sure it connects. I think they make every effort to put families close by each other. :D

Yes the do have connecting rooms w/ a king and 2 doubles. We had on e in dec.

Not sure what "conjoined" rooms are but if I read your question correctly, you are looking for three connecting rooms that will all open up into one another. The answer is no.

All connecting rooms are paired in twos so you can get room 1 with a connecting door to open directly into room 2 but room 2 won't have a connecting door to open into room 3. The best you can hope for is that room 3 will be adjoining (next to or very near) rooms 1 & 2.

Hi! I read your other post, and you're looking for 2 double/double connecting (more commonly used than conjoining) rooms for you, DH & the kids, and a near by king for the grandparents, right?

They should probably be able to do this for you, but the king room might not be exactly next door. And I have heard of groups not getting rooms even in the same building! Maybe when you have decided, you could fax a request over explaining the situation.

Good luck & happy planning! :D
