really confused please help

we are taking a family group of 11 Dec 2007, 8 are on DDP and 3 are on DDE, who has to pay extra tip over and above the pre paid plan, I will need to make sure I have extra cash no to cover the additional tips I think. please help me understand

Those on the DDP have the tip included in the plan in Dec 2007. The 3 on the DDE should tip on thier portion of the meal only. You can ask to keep the checks seperate for the DDE meal. It would be easy that way.

thank you looks like I can keep my present budget, I had put back only tips amounts for the 3 on DDE. Was worried I had to save more to cover all the others too

Nope. All tipping changes go into effect 1/1/08 - so you're entirely safe... even if your trip extends into 2008 (and wouldn't that be a blast - three+ weeks at Disney World) you'd still be on the 2007 rules/policies.
