Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

I just read that Kim Richards ex Monty has died. He was featured on the show last season. So sad.

This was a very interesting episode. Faye always seems to add drama to the show. I wonder if Camielle is coming back she has been on a few of the shows. I think Lisa R is being prepped to be the pot stirrer :stir:this season. She is very good at it. I was surprised at Kyle and how she handled meeting Kathryn for the first time and then to have the dinner party with her and Faye there. Seems like it was all set up by production.

Thoughts on last nights episode. Unfortunately I fell asleep and missed the party segment. I'll have to watch the rerun before next week.

Kyle is a giant hypocrite. Katherine shouldn't talk about Faye at HER party but it's ok to invite Faye when it's actually Lisa's party too. Um ok?

And another thing, have some dignity and quit with the damn splits already. You're embarrassing yourself.

Last nights episode was pretty interesting. I guess I'll make bullet points:
  • I'm happy that Kyle has finally found her voice with Lisa and that she can openly tell her more freely about her opinions. Kyle had to put up with Brandi being invited to places. Also Lisa holds grudges, her whole issue with Faye happened years ago, its okay that Lisa doesn't like her but to make a huff and puff about it is ridiculous.
  • Yolanda is a horrible actress, she tried to act all shocked when Lisa brought up Munchausen's Syndrome and pretended she didn't know what it meant when she does lol. Also she can't be enraged that people are talking about her kids when she brought them up having health issues. The moment you make something like your illness to the public, you need to be prepared for the questions and the talk. If she was expecting people not to talk about it, she's a fool.
  • The Moulin Rouge party was interesting, I definitely thought it was funny how Taylor would try to insert herself wherever the camera was, because we all know she wants to get back on the show. Camille kept making eye contact with the cameras and dancing in hopes of being caught on camera too.
  • Kathryn needs to get over her issue with Faye it was 20 years ago, she didn't even READ the book and what was said in the book was not as atrocious as she's insinuating and if you are that angry still over something that happened 20 years ago, maybe there is some truth to it.
  • I am warming up to Erika finally, I do think she's a little pot stirrer though.
  • Next week Yolanda looks like she's going to confront people, and play victim.

How is she a hypocrite? Kathryn is a new friend. Faye is a friend of 20 years.. not really comparable.

I don't see what the big deal is about Kyle doing the splits, its all in good fun I don't see how she's losing dignity by doing the splits. It's not like she has a tampon string that is visible to the world.

Lisa can't stand Faye. Kyle never should have invited her to their shared anniversary party. She's a hypocrite for taking about someone else's manners when hers are lacking.

And the splits? In a bar? Everytime she has a few drinks? Completely undignified.

I do agree with you about Yolanda, Taylor and Camille.

I had to laugh when Lisa V and Kyle were talking and Taylor sidled up to them, glancing at the camera, even when she said, "Hey, I just came over to chat." Lisa and Kyle didn't even break eye contact or acknowledge her. Even the camera was shooting angles avoiding her face. It was so strange. I hope she does not come back.

I don't like Kyle doing the splits. I think she's too old to act like that. I also HATE when she dances and grabs her hair in a pony tail over her head and swings it around above her head. I am embarrassed for her when she does that. It looks to odd and unattractive to me.

That's ridiculous. As much as I don't like Faye, she and Kyle have been friends for a very long time, over 20 years. Lisa was friends with Brandi for 20 minutes and chose her over Kyle. I love Lisa and I love Kyle and I hate when they don't get along. Especially when it's over another friend. But to say that Kyle never should have invited Faye is silly. I would never not invite my best friend to something because of someone else. There were enough people at that party, they didn't even have to speak to each other. And they are grown women!!

I also sort of doubt Faye and Kyle were friends for 20 years
in Beverly Hills-if you met someone at a party -you're "friends" LOL

Kyle said Faye decorated her sister Kathy's closet.....now wasnt Kyle Kathy's DD's sort of "Nanny" back in the day?
there was a pic of Kyle and bethanny driving the girls around on errands...She probably met her in that context

I completely disagree. Obviously.

But honestly, I think the whole discussion is silly because I suspect Faye is only invited to events because production wants her there to stir stuff up. I doubt the legitimacy of a lot of these 'friendships' and I think we are constantly being misled and manipulated.

The bolded just seems overly mean. It was 20 years ago but it's a little more than a typical disagreement. Faye needs to sincerely apologize.
Faye needs to have ownership over the fact that she did some questionable things and hurt people. You don't get a pass because you don't want to talk about it or because it was x number of years ago. If people you hurt want to tell you how you made them feel, you should be willingly to listen. If you are really a different person, you'd want to hear them and make amends.

Kyle and the splits, I'm over it, the hair swinging too.
