No, that's when the "Sale Pending" sign goes in. "Sold" is after the deal is final (closing has occured, everthing has cleared escrow, etc.).

Needless to say, the day of the closing, when she finally got around to putting up the sold sign, we told her to take her sign and shove it you know where!
