YOu see, I have this thing about birthdays. I almsot always acknowledge them late. Sometimes very late. Just ask my family.

I'm awful. The worst was last year, when my oldest niece (who turned 15) got her card at the same time as her younger sister. My older niece's birthday was in June, the younger in November. They both got their presents when I went to AZ for my Mom's 60th. In December.

Hello, everyone. Just checking in. I know most of you are tucked in by now, but I wanted to post a quick report. Went to see Dennis DeYoung and the Memphis Philharmonic tonight at the Botannical garden. It was GREAT.

Amy - The couple next to us on the "lawn" were so cute. They had candles and flowers with their food! Oh. She looked just like you, too. And she was with child. Very much so. I'm just sayin'. I almost lactated. So there.

The concert was great. My kind of peeps. Everyone had wine. And cheese. Various types. We all shared. Great community. Life is good.

One more thing because I cannot sleep without saying this. CHRIS - Al Gore is an idiot. I'm just sayin'. Not really. I just want you to know we all do not share the love with you for him. Sorry. About that. NOT. Really.

I think Zzub was in frontof me at the concert tonight. Note to Zzub. Ditch the pink lighter and go for dark blue or black, dude. Really.

How come when I have to wake up early--that'd be yesterday for those keeping score--Princess sleeps til 8, but when I want to sleep in--today--she's up the first time at 5, second time at 5:40, and up for good by 6:15? Where's my coffee? (Big swig)
