I haven't heard any info about Disney Parks adding a face character of Raya yet but you can find Moana in WDW and from the Youtube videos i've seen of Moana her face character is wonderful. They probably are doing casting calls and auditions to cast Raya but it will probably be a while before you see Raya

No mention of Raya being coming a character meet - there is a sand sculpture at AK and some special food items around

Moana is only out at the Halloween and Christmas parties, not normally out at WDW for meets

this isn't the character herself but Epcot is supposed to be putting in a Moana themed water attraction, and I believe I read something about a Raya attraction/event at Animal Kingdom?

Maybe a meet and greet at some point? I guess we’ll see
