On the contest info page it says concert sometime between 12/1 -12/14. Hope this helps!

I spoke with Radio Disney Promotions and this is not a concert. It is a special taping of one song by Raven for a future broadcast. It is not a ticketed concert and it is not being promoted or advertised except for the RD contest.
