Rates for President's Weekend

I found rates for President's weekend on Orangevacations.com

If Universal comes out with AAA/AP rates lower am I stuck with the rate I received on orangevacations.com or will they change it for me?

Also if I were to call Loews directly would they give me the rate I saw on orangevacations?

Here are the rates I found at orangevacations.com
$219.00 RPR
$249.00 HRH
I doubt I'll be able to get much lower than these but I am leary of booking through this site since I never have before.

I would be interested in any experiences with this company as well. I found better rates (and availability) compared to what I'm getting by calling Loews Hotels. I'm being told that there are no rooms available at RPR for my two nights in January. However, at orangevacations.com rooms are available and at a decent price.

I'm a little leary however.

Anybody have experience?
