Whoo Hoo, so exciting. I just booked our dining reservations and can't wait for our trip in 2012! Okay so I've never eaten at any of these and now I need feedback and still need 5 more restaurants. Either counter service or sit down is fine. Okay so tell me what you think:
Sat -check in, Rose & Crown at 7:40pm for Illuminations,
Sun - ?, California Grill
Mon - ?, Cape May Clambake
Tues - Chefs de France, Via Napoli
Weds - Liberty Tree Tavern, O'Hana
Thurs - 50's Prime Time, Boma
Fri - ?, Citrico's
Sat - Kona Cafe, ?
Sun ?, check out
I'm trying to get Tusker House too but no openings right now, hoping someone will cancel.

Gotta say that I really like your picks:thumbsup2 I think that for your remaining picks, just finding a CS place in the park you will be in that day should be just fine. Maybe you will be able to get a Tusker House breakfast for your last day. Lots of time left, so I'll bet something will turn up if you just keep looking. That's a whole lot of TS restaurants- will you be on the DxDP?

Cali Grill is wonderful!

I think Chefs is awful - the food was like it was from a frozen boxed dinner, and the service was pretty poor as well.

Via Napoli is great, but know what to expect. The pizza is Italian style, which is different from the stuff most people are used to. Very thin crust, crushed tomatoes (not sauce), lightly sprinkled fresh mozzarella, cooked in a wood burning oven with a bit of a char.

'Ohana - Yummy and fun! Good pick.

50's PT - Don't miss the milkshakes!

Boma - good but not great

Citricos - amazing, my favorite Disney restaurant

Kona - pretty good

Instead of Tusker House, how about lunch at Yak N Yeti? I really like it there.

We love Coral Reef and Teppan Edo for the Cooking Table experience. I agree with the Yak & Yeti comment -- either Table or Counter service (Though the air conditioning at the TS was really really nice!)

I think I saw on another thread that you are on DxDP? If so, I would avoid CS as you don't maximize your credit usage when getting CS on DxDP. I would only do CS in a pinch or if it's going to be much easier than TS at a particular point, just to get your money's worth.

No dining plan, we were going to pay out of pocket, but now that free dining has come out and it is for the dates of our trip (well, we have to adjust it by 1 day,,, no biggie for free dining it's worth the call to change our dates!
