Rate Difference? December vs. January?

We have a 7 night stay booked at the Grand Floridian in early December (standard outer building, garden view room with 3 adults, 2 kids). I was lucky and just received a UOC for 30% off, but with tickets and dining it's still almost $8000. Are rates lower if we postpone until January?
