Rate changes for weekends/seasons?

Does anyone know exactly when the new policy of different rates on weekends and seasons goes/went into effect? Some things indicate 08 and some things indicate maybe in Dec 07...anyone know for sure? I don't think my ressie is booked under the new guidelines, but I am wondering if that may change?

Have you had any of the recently released codes applied to your current reservation? If so, you've likely been charged according to the new rate policy.

I booked yesterday with AP rates over a Fri and Sat in Oct and I have different rates for each of those nights.
