Ratatouille party--added picture!

Hi! I'm doing my daughter's 5th birthday party at Pizza Inn. They're going to let us in the kitchen to cook pizza! I'm doing "rats" out of hershey kisses and cherries (and almonds for the ears). I always do her birthday cake, but have no idea what to do for this one. Any suggestions for the cake or cupcakes?

Have you ever made the cupcakes in ice cream cones? My kids used to love them. You make them in the flat bottom cones -- filling them like normal and then when they are iced they look like ice cream cones.

Did you want something rat like?

Yes I have done the ice cream cone cupcakes. They turn out very cute. That may be an option for the party. Maybe I could make them look like rats or something. I would like as much rats as possible. LOL. I may do a transfer on a cake and then hopefully find a rat cupcake idea somewhere. Or even a rat cake if I can think of one. I found ratatouille pez dispensers at Wal-mart for under a dollar. I bought ever one I could find. Probably about 35 of them. I'm so excited! Thanks for the suggestion!

We made Mickey Head cupcakes with chocolate frosted cupcakes and mini oreos stuck in the sides of the top, so the cookies and the top of the cupcake are level. You could probably turn it into a rat face with red hot eyes and licorice whip whiskers.

Nope, sorry. I'm the worst when it comes to pictures. I'm not even sure where my camera is half the time.

They were really easy to make though. We stuck the cookies in after we frosted them and they stayed fine.

I would suggest a FBC Transfer. Here is a pretty clean picture. I couldn't find a coloring page but this might do. If the link doesn't work, I'd be happy to e-mail you the pic.
