I done them all this trip and this is how it goes:

the best: Popeye and Bluto in IOA: completely soaked and a bit longer ride than the others. great and way soaked. nice line.

2nd place: Kali river rapids in AK: not soaked at all. at the end the obvius spray and not that long. tha line is nicely design.

worst: Kongo river rapids in Busch G: its old. and not soaked either. line way boring.

Popeye and Bluto for us as well.

We go in the morning and just stay on for about 3 times round as there are no queues - after that there's no dry patches left.

Kali is too short - you get soaked if you go down the slope backwards but otherwise it's pretty dry.

Agre. Kali Is too short. Talked about it with a CM once, who suggested Disney was trying to save $$ when it was built--it could have been longer, but penny pinching was in vogue when Kali was built.
Too bad-it could have been a better ride.
