I meant to say this much sooner, but I couldn't find this thread for the life of me.

Thanks a lot to no.me, cat, and purpleduck for keeping my quest room open for a full two hours while I had to sign off and pick my fiance up from work. It's only a half hour each way, so I should have only been gone an hour, but some complications forced me to be gone until closing, which was double the time I expected to be gone. That was really great to have someone do that for me!

And, of course, I'd also like to thank all the Disers who stopped by and tried the quest out. Thanks for the compliments!

Most of us know who our "go to" friends are in VMK. Those who will always be there for us. Those who know where we are and what we are doing any time we're on. Those who know our schedules just like "real life" friends. Basically, those who always have our back.

Today, I was in line for Hula's Garage Sale (finally! yay!). I was reading and posting on the boards with many others, and was analyzing pictures in chat with a couple of close VMK friends.

However, while waiting in line I was amazed at the number of PMs I received from some of you telling me of beta items that you saw. Furthermore, when I got into Hula's room and was able to see my in game messages, I was absolutely in awe at the number of notes I had from many of you who had sent me "Hey, there's X in that room! It's located right (there). Get it!!"

I truly and honestly was shocked that some of you had any clue I was in there, noticed what I was doing with my VMK time, and above all, cared enough to send me detailed notes trying to help me get a special "goody."

I had to sign off the moment I got through the room as my very patient husband was waiting a long time for dinner, so I did not have a chance to write back to each of you. I will in the morning - if your notes are all still there to help me remember who.

Thanks to all of you who thought about me and made an effort to help me get the VMK deal of a lifetime. I do not want to thank you so much for your advice and tips, but just for looking out for me. I honestly had no clue so many of you "have my back." You touched my heart today.
