Blah, I was up at 630am today! Couldn't fall back asleep so I got up and went for a long run. Now i'm back home enjoying a nice cup of coffee, and I'm about to give my little sister swimming lessons. But she isn't awake yet, so I'm going to try and put it off for as long as possible!
