Random Boathouse ?

Ok, this is very random, but i've never eaten at Boathouse and want to try it on our trip coming up. i'm just curious: If we eat out at the Dockside Bar, are there servers/ waiters that cover that area, or is it just the bartenders checking in on you and stuff? Again- very random, but just curious how it works out there, in case we cant get a reservation for an actual table.

if you get a table at dockside you will have a server
if you sit a the bar, a bartender

I have always prefer Dockside Bar compared to the main restaurant.

Oooooh love Boathouse! I've eaten at Dockside Bar several times (at the bar itself) and have never had issues-you can order the whole food menu there from the bartenders.
