We leave next week and are spending the day packing (Yeah!!). It seems that it has been raining for most of the month. Should we prepare for showers or do the locals see signs of improvement?

We were there a couple of weeks ago, and the weather was a mixed bag. My advice, bring your ponchos and stick with your plan. The upshot is that the rain really keeps the crowds down and you can really get a lot done!! I don't think I've been to Orlando at any time of year and been completely rain free.

I was looking at the forecast and things are looking a lot better. We got rained on a few times last week. :sad2:

I echo the comment about taking rain ponchos. Take spares. We had left ours back at the room one day, as there was no rain expected. Big mistake!!! We had to buy 4 WDW rain ponchos... for a total of about $25!!!

Here's one of the best weather site... which includes a long range forecast.

Thanks for the help and we will definitely take poncho's. I guess the upside is that there is only a 30% chance of rain! We'll just keep our fingers crossed.
