Made an ADR at Rainforest Cafe for 5:00 on a Sunday... going with a 5 month old and 2.5 year old. 2 year old is not great in restaurants so she needs entertainment. Anyone have suggestions for something better than Rainforest Cafe?

T-Rex is brighter inside and not so cluttered. Easier for a 2.5 year old to take in. RainForest very dark.

We just went in Niagara Falls last month to RFC with our 2 1/2 yr old. We were sat by the tigers and when the roared it scared the bejesus out of her and we had to move to a quit spont in the restaurant to finish our meal. Trex definately wouldn't be any better. Tough as she was all excited to go to see the animals but had a very tough time there.

remember there is a storm that happens about every half hour, think thunder and lightening plus all the loud animal noises plus the animals move some can be very scary and could wake baby if sleeping. not sure it will hold toddlers attention to help her wait as it could scare her make her want to leave

I'd say Trex or a character meal. We have seriously had the worst experiences at Rain Forest Cafe. Did it twice and will never go back.

T- Rex is a better option if you want to stay in Disney springs.

Will cancel Rainforest. Lots of reasons not to do it.

Are there plenty of places we could eat there if we don't have a reservation? Just quick serve kind of stuff?

Without a reservation some places are hit or miss. BOG or CRT you might have better odds of hitting the lottery. Others will have a few openings. You can always check the app

Plenty. Earl of Sandwich and Wolfgang Puck Express are two of the better QS at Disney Springs.

I may in the "lesser" here, but I do not like Wolfgang Express. Earl of Sandwich is awesome, of course. I actually like a few dishes at Rainforest Cafe. The Safari Soup is always good. If you canceled, good luck with other ADR's or walk ups in Disney Springs. T-Rex is basically the same as Rainforest with a different theme and a different menu.

However ... I like both Rainforest and T-Rex Cafe fr different reasons and meals. Good luck with where you choose.

Yes there are plenty of QS in disney springs ragland road , Bongos, and wolf gang puck are all good choices. But try for t-rex

^^^^^THIS and they are all booked they may not be. They hold a nice percentage of ADRs for their own. Call them directly!
