Monday 9th April


AAAAARRRRGHHHHH fell off the healthy eating bandwagon from a great height today, very tired and out of sorts.I have managed to eat my way through a load of Junk including fries :scared1:

did do 30 mins aerobics this morning I feel really guilty now its only 6 weeks until our May trip to disney and I really wanted to do well. I will try really hard for the rest of the week:scared:

Today I did a 20 minute work out this morning and a 30 min work out this evening feel good and back on track after a minor wobble;)

Breakfast orange and yogurt

Lunch Ham and egg omlette

Dinner Tuna sweetcorn and rice

snacks fruit


last week of the easter holidays, so back to work on Monday which will be a big test as will have to eat on the run . I might start taking a packed lunch to avoid eating out:goodvibes
 
Yesterday was a good day woke up early and did an aerobic work out then had Breakfast wholemeal toast Lunch pasta and tomato sauce Dinner salad.

I went to the garden centre with Iris (DMIL) and spent far to much money but at least we will have a pretty garden this summer,thats the idea if I dont manage to kill the plants first:lmao:

Today up early again cant seem to sleep at the MOment, about to do some aerobics then off out for the day with all the family,think we are going to Chessington world of adventures the local theme park.
I have to be careful as the food choices here are some what limited and not always pleasant. I am dertimined to stay on track today after my blip earlier in the week.W I tomorrow and I am hoping that I dont gain as have not had the best of weeks if I maintain this week I will be happy:goodvibes
 

WEll Ive had my WI and as expected I have maintained this week im pleased I have not put on all the excercise helped as my food chioces have not been as good as they should have been.:headache:

Feel really motivated and hoping to do well this week I have just been shopping and stocked up on fruit and veg etc have planned our meals a bit better this week and everybody is back at school and work which should make things easier.

Breakfast today yogurt
LUnch Ryvita *3 with ham and tomato
DInner will be low fat homemade burgers in a bun with mixed salad

snacks fruit and yogurt

Must try to remembet to drink more water I always seem to struggle with this

excercise for today 40 min walk and 20 mins aerobics
10 mins sit ups stomach excercises
 
Finally found some time to get my journal up to date,after a manic weekend not sure where time goes.Im really motivated at the mo have been making really good food choices which now seems so much easier then when i first started Im actually craving fruit and veg.I have got the whole family to increase there excersice whichis great e are spending more time together playing sports we took the boys out at the weekend and played soccer and cricket on the saturday and then went for a long hike in the new forest saw lots of ponies etc.


T0day i recieved my bronze excersice award from my slimming club which means i have kept up a level of excersise for 4 weeks,now trying for my silver award. I had a busy morning at work then came home and did a 30 min aerobic work out.


Breakfast Orange/yogurt

Lunch crackers and low fat cheese spread

dinner spagetti


still not drinking enough water I just forget about it will make that the next thing i work on
 
did 60 mins of aerobics today my legs are really aching again but i will keep going,Ihave een woken from my sleep for the last couple of nigts with terrible cramp.I hope it dosent happen again tonight as its soo painful.

Its a beautiful sunny day here today sitting in the garden updating my journal.
have kept up the excercise all week feel very positive about tomorrows weigh in. I am really pleased I have turned down all offers of buiscuits and choclate at work:banana: :banana: :banana:
I have started taking fruit with me so that I dont give in to temptation.

lunch crispbread with pickle

dinner will be low fat mince and mushroom with mixed veggies and potatoes

Thanks, suddenly I can see real changes in such a short time that its really got me motivated and really increased my will power.:cool1:
 
Another weigh in day has rolled around again and I am thrilled as I lost 2lb again this week,I know i still have a long way to go but I finally feel in control and know that what im doing is having results:banana: :banana: :banana:

Ive noticed lots of little changes I seem to have more energy and I am actually starting to look forward to excersize which is definatly a first for me!!!!!!

The weekend passed without incident really went walking with DH had a BBQ on saturday evening as DS had friends round for a sleep over.I made low fat burgers and had lots of marinated chicken I avoided sausages so I am pleased however I did have a couple of drinks but with 7 boys running around thr house I needed somrthing for my sanity!!!

Sunday was another good day DH and I got up early went for a 90 min trek in the local woods.Came home had wholemeal toast and oranges.
watched DS play soccerr they won 12 goals to four . later in the evening we took the boys out to play in thr park lots of soccer and cricket sso we had an active weekend even though I didnt fit in my aerobics.

REally trying hard now as its excactly a month until we go to Floridd:goodvibes

Today has been a really great day so far have the day of work well sort off still have tons of housework washing etc to get through but Any way i decided to try on some clothes that didnt fit a few weeks ago and was absoloutly delighted to find lots of them now do I am so excited I feel like its christmas in the middle of April:banana: :banana: :banana:


today I have completed my aerobic work out and will be going for a long hike with DH tonight we are also going to get a new Bike each:eek: I havent cycled for years so Ill have to get DS to give me lessons:laughing:
should be quite amusing my friends think I have finally lost my mind but it should be great exercise if a ever get the thing going:rolleyes:

You are doing great with your exercise!!! I think it's great that you are going to get a bike! I love getting out on mine when the weather is nice. I try to get DH to go on rides with me, but since we started riding motorcycles, he has the hardest time on a regular bike!!! It's like he needs training wheels!!! :rotfl:

So, who ended up cooking dinner?? That's too funny that your DH usually burns it!!!

WE ended up having a dissapointing evening we couldnt play as Dson and his friends needed lifts to football training etc but weh have booked the court for next week such a shame as DH works away from home for a couple of days so
we wont get another chance till next week my money is still on him winning and burning the dinner:laughing:
 
Well today has been a horrible day Spent the whole day at work clearing up sick:eek: Poor llittle girl was really ill, been rushed off my feet had four reports to write and I seem to have a permanant mental block oh well im sure Ill get there in the end.

Have had a massive headache all day so havent done any excercise but eating has been good so pleased with that just tonight to get through DH is away from home so musnt snack out of bordem .I think I will manage though as it is weigh in day tomorrow and dont wont to blow it!!!

YIPEEE I am so excited got on the scale this morning and I lost 3lb this week
I can change my ribbon to a ten lb loss:woohoo: :banana: :cheer2: :banana:
couldnt wait to update my journal rushing off to work will update my food excersise later.
