Brilliant day today Portsmouth won beat liverpool 2-1 and i had a good food day as well

Breakfast fruit
Lunch jacket potato beans
Dinner crackers and cheese spread
 
Hectic day today food was good 60 mins excercise collecting my new bike tomorrow night cant wait Just need to find my L plates havent cycled for years:goodvibes

Wow I am tired DH and I collected our new bikes today and went cycling oh my godness i dont remember it being this hard it seemed much easier when I was Little I dont remember my butt acheing quite like it is tonight:rotfl:

will be going out again tomorrow if my muscles recover.

Today has been a long day Im really tired went cycling and managed a walk as well so exercise has been good food has been good to

Lunch fruit and yogurt
dinner tuna rice salad
snack low fat crisps.


feeling good but getting a little bit nervous about our upcoming trips to disney I am very lucky to have two trips quite close together 1 week in may(Taking Ds best friend) and three weeks in July/August but I really dont want to pile all the weight ive lost back on any suggestions would be grately
appreciated:goodvibes
 
Ds had the day off school taday as polling day at school so we went for a bike ride together which was great im shattered now he sure does go fast i had my work cut out to keep up. He came into work with me first and was so helpful the children really took to him:goodvibes

DInner not sure yet as dh is away again but maybe do spag bol

managed not to snack at work which am very pleased about its really hard when everyone around you seems to be eating biscuits and chocolate:headache:

just need to be motivated tonight think I will go for a walk and get a dvd to watch so I dont give in to temptation:goodvibes

Don't worry about your trips you will do fine. When I first started by weight loss journey, I lost 19 pounds right before WDW. When I got home, I stepped on the scale and I think I gained 3 pounds. Last year I gained 5. You are going to be doing so much walking that you should be okay. If you are anything like me, I have a hard time eating when it's hot, plus I don't get as hungry when I am hot. So I tend not to snack a whole lot while in WDW. Although, if it's ice cream, I will always eat it. I am sure that you will be okay, and if you gain a few pounds, it's okay, your on vacation. When you get home, you just need to get back into the groove of things and the vacation weight will come off in no time.

Thanks Jamie,excellent advice I really am getting soooo excited about the trips, I dont like eating when its hot either. DH is another story he can eat whatever the weather, I too adore ice cream but hopefully all the walking and swimming should limit the damage:goodvibes

well today has been a good day eaten welll been on a bike ride not as long as id like as had to take ds to casualty,thought he had broken his thumb,but thankfully it is just bruised I am relieved as in the last two months he has broken two toes he really is a calamity!!!

Today has been difficult as I have felt really hungry all the time, managed not to give in to temptation though

excersise today managed a 40 min walk couldnt go riding as DS managed to snap the garage key in the lock so now we need to get the lock replaced so my bike is locked away until we get it fixed:headache:

Its my birthday tomorrow so I am giving my self the day off I can smell the choiclate cake already:love: although we are going bowling in the evening so at least thats some exercise(sort of):goodvibes
