Well on thursday all hopes of health eating went out of the window went out for a lovely meal with family and had breaded mushroom for starter lamb for dinner followed by a cheese board I am a huge cheese:love: fan and i havent had for so long this was heaven, also had lots of wine so it was not a good day but as it was my birthday i wasnt too bothered.

Friday

TOday was a struggle after yesterday felt hungry all day but managed to get back on track this is a first for me normally if we have a bad day it can carry on for a week

Lunch crackers and low fat spread

dinner turkey and stri fry veg



Today I am going shopping for the last bits for our trip to WDW:woohoo: :banana: so will have to aviod temptation whilst shopping as
its going to be a long day.

Hi jamie thanks for stopping by I havent had much time to get on here this week as i have ben sooo busy,trying to get everything ready this time next week we will be at WDW:cheer2: :woohoo:
I have had my nvq assessor in at work making sure im doing everything right I work in a prescoo 2-5 year olds,I found pretending to be a puffer fish in front of adults quite amusing:lmao:
any way food has been reasonable excersice not to good have managed to get in along walk tonight though imbetween the rain.

Hi all,

Today started off well down 1lb on my weigh in,then had phone call from DS school to go and collect time as he is sicK:sick: so he is at home asleep on the sofa I hope he gets better in time for next week and nobody else in the family comes down with it its so close to our wdw trip now I hope we make it.

havent really done excersice of late just the odd walk Ive been so busy hoping to pick up again after our trip.

not sure what dinner will be tonight as i was supposed to go shopping as long as we avoid takeout shuld be ok

WEll the weekend was a disaster I fell of the healthy eating wagon from a great height the chinese takaway was not a good choice at all oops and I did not a lot of exercise.:sad2: I am feeling really guilty this morning so have made sure our meals today will be better hope I havent done to much damage. Kieran is feeling better which is a huge relief,and hopefully everybody else will be fine.I cant belive its only two more days until we see Mickey:banana: :banana:

Well We had a fantastic holiday all had a wonderful time,I have been sulking for a while since we got back and have let all my motivation go out of the window:guilty: However I really need to get back on track.the good news is that i have maintained my weight before our holiday,the bad news my food choices havent been great and my exercise plan has gone out of the window.

I really do need some inspiration for a good excercise plan I dont get a lot of free time so excersise has to be done at home i seem to get bored really quickly. I only get abpout 30 mins each day so some suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Ther weather here is terrible at the moment continous rain
I did manage a walk for 40 mins yesterday.

HI all, well i havent been around much lately which has been a disaster everything seemed to grind to a halt. so I have decided that I must make time for myself. Ive missed reading these boards sooo much and lost all my motivation . so today is a fresh start eating has been good and excercise not bad.Im soo hungry all the time at the mo so am filling up on water asnd fruit and veggies.We had a wonderful holiday in florida this summer I miss it already ,as the weather here is terrrible, cold and rainy. I have decided to re join slimming world and have set my self mini targets this time as i think I set unobtainable ones last time.

Trying to lose 7lbs by the end of september and at least 30 mins exercise each day then will set some new targets once ive acheived these.
I hope everyone is doing great im off to catch up on what ive missed.:goodvibes
 
Had a good day today went to visit SIL and my lovely nephews. they had lots of fun brought nephews over to our house for a sleep over this evening all sat watching footie on telly we are losing 2-1 never mind. breakfast fruit and yogurt,lunch salad,dinner jacket potato.excercise 30 min aerobic work out.
Have a terrible cold and feel a bit rough this evening so hope I have a good day tomorrow but not surre i'll do any excercise apart from a gentle walk.
