From one Quitter to Another - WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't want to preach, but I just have to congratulate you on a VERY tough thing. I quit back in 2007 and I did a LOT of reasearch on how best to go about it and the most important little factoid that I learned was that IT IS EASIER TO QUIT DOING HEROIN THAN IT IS TO QUIT SMOKING. Wow!
Go to
www.quitmeter.com - it's exactly what you are looking for.
Also, there is
http://www.quitnet.com/community/talk/, a great community that really helped me. They also have a Quit Meter and they will email you every day/week/whatever to give you your stats. I still get one once a month or so with my quit date, # of cigs not smoked, $$ saved and LIFE saved.
Lastly,
http://www.stqp.org/quitsmokingtimeline.asp A Timeline of what happens after you quit smoking (I posted this on my fridge the day I quit - it's still there)
If you have made it through, well, Heck Week, and survived, I think you are going to be okay. I don't know how much you smoked or for how long and what your 'triggers' are, but you can do it! Keep on keepin' on and go buy a big bag of DumDum lollipops (oral fixation + white stick = "Cigarette" for your brain. Worked for me anyway.).
(Oh, and cuz I wanna brag....
1072 days, 10728 cigarettes NOT smoked - 536 packs, 2m/21d life saved, $1650 NOT spent!)
