Quickest transport from Epcot to Contemp.

What's the quickest way to get from Epcot to Chef Mickey's for dinner PS? Monorail or bus?

First, I am not sure there is a bus from Epcot to the MK. Someone will know for sure. Secondly, it depends on where you are in Epcot. From the main entrance (Future World) you can hop on the monorail to the TTC and switch to the MK monorail. If you are in World Showcase you can exit at the International Gateway, walk to the Beach Club (about 5-10 minutes) and take the bus directly to the MK from there.
Note that the resort monorail will take you to the Contemporary Resort while the bus will drop you off at the MK main entrance. From the MK you can either take the monorail or a short walk to the CR for Chef Mickey's.

I would go with the Monorail. The bus has so many variables, like if you just miss one, you have to wait another 15 minutes or so then you still need to switch at MK to boat or monorail.
The monorail is pretty much continuios you just have to switch at TTC for Resort Monoral (I can't remember if on the Resort monorail you need to get to MK first to get the resort or is it right at the TTC). Even if you miss one it's only another moment or two before the next one arrives. But if your in the Countries give yourself plenty of time it always takes longer than I expect to get to the front of the park. Like from Germany I'd give 30-40 minutes to the front of the park (with kids).

I don't think you have a choice - the monrail is the only transportation between Epcot and MK (or was) - plus the MK resorts.

I guess if you really wanted to try a bus - I would walk or boat to the Studios and take bus directly to the Cont. (there is a walkway - go out International gateway) at the junction turn left and just kept walking - you will go pass BW and BWV - or at the IG take the boat.

You have to take the monorail from Epcot to Contemp., there is no bus. I would give yourself an hour (it shouldn't take that long, but it is always better to be safe then sorry).

If you're near the International Gateway you might walk to BC and take a bus to MK but monorail is the best route if you're near FW.
