Can I change my stateroom after I've paid in full if there is another room type still available? If so, what if there is a price difference?

I know you can upgrade your room and pay the price difference. I'm not sure if you can downgrade and receive the difference back.

You definitely cannot get money back if it is after the final payment date. I'm not sure you can downgrade the room either after final payment date to be honest.

For the Florida Resident rate you can get money back and upgrade to a better cabin after the PIF rate. I believe that this is the only discount that allows this.

I’ve never done it but have read that if you upgrade your cabin you will pay the difference between the price of the cabins the day you booked the original cruise.

Yes. As long as it is the same sailing, it would be whatever rate the cabin was on the day you booked.
