Quick Question - Other Resorts

Hello,
I just put down my deposit yesterday and I'm very excited. Now I need to figure out how to spend my developer points. In case I can't get anything I want at disney I wanted to see about a backup plan. However, I can't find anywhere on-line the point values for the other hotels/ cruises. I can't get into the member site yet because I don't have my number yet and all the paperwork is at home (I'm out of town for work until Thursday night).

Can anyone point me toward the numbers. I'm mostly interested in the cruise or one of the hotels you can swap points for nights, not the one week exchanges.

As you know the book and DVC Member.com will have all the info but I understand your out of town. Shooting from memory if you can't get into one of the 6 on site Disney resorts you can use points at the other hotels, which you knew. From memory I believe a resort like the Polynesion may require at least 50+ points per night. Not a very good deal but it would be a place to stay. Off site, you would be in that same range and higher.......New York could run you 80 points a night. Cruises are high as well depending a cabin class you could be over 100 points a night. Also there are rules of trading out of the DVC system, there are times close to your UY when you can't and there my be a fee of $75 or more to trade. Again this is just shooting from the hip since I do not have my book in front of me.....by the way "Welcome Home"

Thanks, that's pretty much what I remember. I just can't wait to get home and start planning, but these crazy people want me to work.
