Quick PS Questions

Can anyone tell me which resteraunts for Fantasmic package are pay ahead when you make a PS? Also, what time should I try and get the PS and still get to Fantasmic early as suggested? We will be going the first week of October and while clocks haven't changed yet, it does get dark earlier.

Also, what time do you suggest to book O'hana's so that we can eat and either see the show from O'hana's or from the beach? Again, do the times change as it gets darker earlier??

Thanks, my PS window starts Saturday so I am trying to finalize everything.

Brown Derby, Mama Melrose and Hollywood and Vine all participate in the Fantasmic package. Your credit card is charged when you make the reservation for any of these three restaurants. {{Changed this to say: others are saying they were not charged, but that they take your card number so that you will be charged $10.00/person if you no-show. I was charged last year when I made my reservations, though. I don't remember if I was charged the full amount the first time. Depends on the CM, I guess!}}

Be sure to be clear that you want to make reservations for the Fantasmic package, and not just regular ARs, because regular ARs won't get you the package. As for timing, I usually just go whenever they'll take me, since we usually (the two times we've done this, that is) wander about, buy candy, hit a ride or two, etc., before we go to the show. The times they give you are usually pretty early, from my own limited experience and reading about the experiences of others.
