I found this recipe on the weightwatchers board and have made it twice. It is very flavorful and filling, with no points. Cauliflower "Poppers" Ingredients: 1 large head cauliflower 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin Preheat oven to 400 degrees Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray Break up 1 large fresh cauliflower into bite-sized portions Mix cauliflower with remaining ingredients in large bowl Spread sasoned cauliflower on cookie sheet & spray top of cauliflower lightly Bake 10 minutes, turning once Check for tenderness -- you don't want it mushy, but probably not too firm either. These are delicious and highly seasoned. Enjoy!
